Section 20
Matters to be considered while administering juvenile justice
The persons involved in the administration of juvenile justice, officials and the juvenile court should consider the following matters in addition to the matters mentioned elsewhere in this Act in connection with the administration of justice:-
(a)   To understand the views of children before making any decisions affecting them,
(b) to give an opportunity to his father, mother, other family members or guardians to have their say before deciding on any matter involving the interest and interests of the child,
(c) to speak, speak and behave in accordance with the child's age, level of intellectual development, beliefs and cultural values,
(d) Communicate with the child in the language of his choice and take the assistance of an interpreter as necessary.
